What are realistic earnings for this position?? I was quoted a base of 65 and 180-190 at plan. Are reps doing this in the vent division?

No this is not correct! You should hit 100,000 if you are an average rep and 140,000 if you are great. Also not easy selling old expensive products. Training is a joke!

Hey, thanks for that answer. Are you currently working for these guys? What do you think about the Servo U?

Reps without ventilation experience don't last long and don't make much money. The well seasoned reps have good and bad years. In good years some might have made 150 plus, but the comp plans are tough and include products nobody wants. The U is amazing but much of CC management is less than desirable.
