Every month, another operator is caught forging documents. Of course, forgery, fraud, and backdating is now the norm on all of our records. It has gotten so bad that HR is scared of firing more people because of how rampant the problem is and the subsequent brain drain from the experienced operators getting caught is killing our manufacturing shifts.
The culture of dick measuring, forced silence, fear, and intimidation has to change.
Our motto is safety first and quality always. Of course, nothing we do is safe and all the backdating just speaks to the quality of our medications. If you see "Made in the USA" on your Trulicity, or your bag of Bamlanivimab just throw it away.
