That wont help, but more likely due to lousy managenent, a crap compensation plan, and the worst reputation in the NY Metro area!

Get rid of competition. Be interesting to know the sales numbers and their direction over the past year that LC is being given by Manhattan management-a couple of folks there are quite savvy about putting lipstick on pigs.

Do not think they were ever viewed as serious competition. Their sales leadership had good years...20 years ago.

A lot of private equity prospers on the "greater fool" theory and with so much money sloshing around the economy due to FED's ZIRP policy, lots of fools have emerged with far more money than sense.

The folks in NY will cackle when they unload this albatross on Labcorp.
