Now that we are no longer sales people. We don't need our managers telling us this and rating us on that for not getting sales. Give me a break, did you really think we thought we were sellilng something. Please! Make us get signatures and call the doctors and ask if we have been in but get rid of all mangers. Guess what Sparky! Your manager will still be here and up your butt more than ever now that you are a lowly, hourly wage employee. BWAAHAAHAAHAA!!!! It should be fun for you to have someone consistently check your activity level between 4 and 5 pm every day to determine if they can dock your pay for an hour or two. Oh and the best part...sales will still be measured and put on your performance review! AHHAAAHHHAAAHHHAA!!!!

Okay dummy. Sales will not be tracked because we are not in sales anymore. The performance review will only be values and behaviors. Hee Haw! Managers are going bye bye. Like you said all someone in New J has to do is look at computer to see what your doing. They don't need to pay high wages to managers when they have computers monitoring us. Duhhhhhhh! Watch and see managers are so salespeople and we are not in sales.
