Yes they do... And let me tell you something... If I have a provider who is upset at the way a DM or RM behaves in their clinic or is upset because they think those managers are crossing the line... I'll be more than happy to give them OEC's phone number to report them! We all know OEC doesn't care what a rep says, but a provider? That would be a different story and one Abbvie could not ignore or protect or take sides with our managers like they have done in the past. It will just take one or two providers calling OEC to make the bullcrap stop!

Internal, of course! Most external DM's know better than to act like a sleazy used car salesman with no ethics to speak of. I could be wrong, but a lot of internal DM's and RM's are so competitive with each other that they cut each other off at the knees to get ahead. Pretty sick culture indeed, but very accurate. All it does in the end is make the reps look bad and gives Abbvie a horrendous reputation. It really needs to stop!

AbbVie is the last thing on his mind isn't that apparent? Once everything catches up with the stock price. Investors will let it be known to the Board. He'll be gone and $he'll pull the plug on their $fairytale$ $wedding$.
