PPK alert: Anyone else experiencing the wasted money, time and energy with their manager? Always an excuse and always blaming others. Please expose them and drop us a line. We need more than one rep do build the case.

No worries…big layoff coming….people will be let go right before the end of the year. Notice the managers are doing some extra a** licking to save their own jobs.

Almost everyone at PPK reeks of fear, and desperation. Others are outright stupid and incompetent. Meaningless projects and clueless leadership. Is it any wonder BMS is far behind most other pharma in terms of agility and innovation?

Managers pray their asses will be saved by whatever consultants they glom on to.

Not if you’re on the diversity wagon. They know the company’s afraid to touch them no matter how incompetent. And they don’t seem to mind that their hiring managers like to parade them like cattle at meetings as their diversity trophy.

BMS could save a lot of money having fewer managers with bigger geographies/reps mainly doing admin and such. Having a manager in front of customers is a clown show. I can't think of another industry where a sales manager tagged along with the sales rep on a regular basis. BMS hires mostly experienced reps that don't need nannies. For the love of God please stop this nonsense.

Kinda agree. Except the retread experienced reps hired here are usually the bottom of the barrel or had some HR issue at their previous employer. As a manager we know there are too many reps and managers (can’t say that in front of Chris) but we are paid to babysit these folks.

Amen to the retreads
