Managers Pay?

I overheard my manager discussing compensation. 185k Base for Regionals and 155k Base for Area Managers....and what do we get? a possible base of 40k????? See ya later A-no-sales! Im outta here! It sounds as if the pay isn't keeping some of the managers around anyway, tells me all i need to know about this company.

$155K base? Are you serious? My Manager is worthless, and shouldn't even be a rep let alone a Manager, as is the case with most Managers here.

Area and regional managers simply bring zero value to the table. They are not worth that amount of money. Not sure about you, but my area manager and regional manager are both serious jokes. Zero support. Zero knowledge. Zero concerns except to keep the director off of their back.

ACell.. take a hint, cut loose your managers, send them back to the field to sell.

Most of the successful sales people in this company only need an expense account and someone to call for technical support. Give the percentages back to the reps and stop your bleeding of good people that are giving you a bad name in the industry when they jump ship.

They give us crap to sell, tell us to make up lies, then throw us underneath the bus when an account challenges us or threatens lawsuits. Just no class
