I was contacted about being a manager for Intuitive Surgical in the Western Region, managing a team of 4 Clinicals. Anyone have a ballpark figure for the comp plan? Thank you in advance for honest answers!

My question to them would be, why don't you promote one of the 4 CSRs to manager instead of bringing someone in from the outside who doesn't know the business.
 






I can truly say, sometimes the best sales reps do not make the best managers and vice versa. However, sometimes you can find someone who can do both. I understand the comp plan to be around 250-275, just over the rep's "at plan" comp. But most reps are not "at plan".
