Managers meeting

















































any of you people that have been here for awhile like this plan? do you think its better than the old one? I know quota is the biggest thing. if it is set right could you make any money?
 


















What is the word out of the managers meeting? What does the new plan look like?
I'm feeling really energized coming out of this meeting. We have set realistic expectations regarding quotas and compensation. If you aren't making money this year you aren't working. JW has taken decisive action in rectifying the problems that many of us believed to be holding us back. I guarantee, turn over will not be an issue in 2017. With that said we still have high expectations and will be holding people accountable.

I agree, my concerns were all addressed by my manager today. I see bright things in the future for myself and my income. With the new comp plan 250K a year should be very feasible for a hard working TM!

This person sounds like my loser AD that will be fired soon. He who can't sell or lead will try to make himself feel better by hiding behind the "let's hold people accountable" bullcrap. Suggestion, milk the comp plan until you can't make any money, then leave for a real company. The new comp plan was designed to confuse and mask the real goal from senior leadership. I can assure you that goal doesn't include paying out higher commissions for a sustained period of time.

LOL, LOL, LOL!!!! If I had a penny for every time I heard that the quota and compensation is now fixed, I seriously would be the richest person on earth. Nobody believes this, Zoll says this every 6 months or so when more people leave.

I stopped believing that crap a long time ago. Just act like you are SO excited and full of passion for working 24/7 while you're looking for another job. All the experienced RMs are either gone or are leaving soon.
