Does anyone have any feedback from the managers meeting last week. It's silence city around here! Usually they are calling setting up conf calls to tell us how great we have it and all the good stuff coming to us! Nothing to report??

Most are all acting like they do not know anything. There are a few that have given some additional information off the record. It's overwhelming the information that has been leaked, but managers say they are not hearing this same information. It's like the orchestra playing while the titanic is sinking.

So far the census is final head count 185 from current number.
Backfill vacant HSS with The Oss if right candidate.
No more OSS field force.
Some HSS territories will be eliminated depending on territory dynamics
6 weeks severance
June 22-July 2nd completed

If you make it past this reorganization, don't get too comfortable. There will be more restructuring in the next 6-12 months based on Ofirmev business.
