Manager's meeting

They should get rid of roughly half of the PCP sales force. There is no need for them unless there is a copromotion in the very near future of another product. Selling Vesi and Myra to primary care docs is a complete fucking waste time for 2 reps. Cut the dead weight, give them a few bucks and say see u later! That's what everybody else is thinking.

Specialty reps are actually the useless layer in this business model. Both pcp sales forces should cover it all and eliminate specialty. They're really not specialty reps anyway. They're reps who sell non-specialized drugs to a handful of specialty docs and they have no idea what it feels like to work a full day. Ask any one of them, they don't have enough to do and they know it.

Obviously, you do not understand the business, if you truely believe this.

There is really somehing wrong with the Home Office at Astellas! I'm been with 4 diff. companies + Astellas. There is a dark, evil in Deefield - I can't make up my mind if it's somehow a Chicago Pharma mentality vs east coast...or what. It's subjective - but something is very wrong with the culture of this company

Is Vesicare national marketshare in the PCP space higher than the Uro, OB/GYN?

Thanks for that rambling incoherent input Sparky! Nothing like the dumbass ramblings of a malcontent job hopper to put life in perspective! LOL
