Does anyone know what it's about? Didn't they just have one.

Think of it this way:
2 sales meetings a year - 3 months before the meeting the RSDs meet, 1-2 months before the meeting the managers meet (train the trainer).
2 mid POA meetins a year- 2 months before the meeting the RSDs meet, 1 months before the meeting the managers meet
Just for marketing meetings alone, that is 4 DM meetings.
We also have out year end review(1), regional meetings (2-4 a year), our mid year review(1).
So if your manager goes to a meeting every other month that is about normal at Amgen.
We are not re-organizing, down-sizing, combining or splitting the BHBU.
