Not as many minorities are in the sales side of things because as a mananger you can sit back and say I would have done this differently. It's like hind site always 20/20. Think and sell on your feet now that's different. In the end who really care it's just a job until the contract ends in a year or sooner anyways.

There is that one person in Southern California who is off her rocker. Probably drinks all day. Strange people in pharmaceuticals that is for sure.
 






They like to make you feel the heat even if performing, while they just seem to be coasting in space and appear a bit smug about being able to stay out of the kitchen. It makes little sense.

Run from this industry!

Not only are you not going to make much more (if you do make more), but you have no job stability, and will be treated like crap even if you are doing good and performing.

I regret getting into this industry so much.

Sure, I have met some good people over the years. But, for the most part, there are so many strange people in this industry. So many of them don't belong in sales, but they are able to fake their way into it because they are manipulators and know how to play the game. So glad I left. And I will never go back.

What happened to the post about the Wyeth old crows and hens throwing each other under the bus? Oh, are you losers reading CP all day trying to maintain your insignificant reputations? No one else will hire you. If they do, you'll get fired - and you have. You bad mouth anyone you see as a threat, which is just about everyone. Stay together. That's the only way you'll stay alive in what's left of this industry. Know that those of us outside of your clique laugh at you all the time. You're pathetic.
 






The post is about the ancient Wyeth clique is on the other thread about warning applicants. There a few ok people from Wyeth, but they are truly outside of the inner circle of mini corporate wanna be mafia.
