Does the field ever have the opportunity to give feedback on managers?
Does the field ever have the opportunity to give feedback on managers?
They should give us that opportunity but they won't. They don't want to see the responses.
Email or call HR if you are having issues. My guess is your numbers suck, the manager is cracking down on you for being such a snowflake and you need someone to blame for the soon to be delivered PIP. HOPE THAT HELPS!!
Well stop crying on a chat board and either quit or do something about it Snowflake!Haha you are so far off you don't even understand. They don't give a shit about what we think tho.

I believe the poster is telling you to stop crying and report your issue. If they were worried they would tell you something different. And why do you assume it's an office day? Is that what you're taking? Go sell and your life will be better Snowflake. You sound worried that a potential manager review wouldn't go well for you. Why don't you get off your ass and your so-called "office day" and do something to make your team appreciate you.
Management here has a history of NOT responding well to evaluations from their direct reports. Several years ago it was attempted and really backfired. You are right anyways...your opinion never matters. All that is important here is you do what your manager says...period. Then you will stay in the good graces of your manager. Creativity and uniqueness are not options here. There is a reason people like Greg and MS always talk about our corporate culture...and how great it is...and how we must protect it...well it's because this type of "I'm the boss your the subordinate", management style would never fly in most big pharma.
No need for surveys - MS gets all his intel from Cafe Pharma!

Your DBL can tell lies and make up whatever they want about you. Even if you have email proof the manager is a pathological liar, HR, won't do anything about it. Upper management refuses to admit they may have hired the wrong managers. If the company really cared to weed out the bad managers or retain good reps they would be open to surveys/feedback. Someone needs to investigate into the Rocky Mountain Area.Literally everything you've written here is the opposite of the truth.
Big drop off after Richard and Mark. Andrew and most of his managers don't know up from down. Including Managed Markets and Government Affairs minus the one guy on the Hill.
Things will improve immediately when Andrew is fired! Let's see Mark do that and not have threads he doesn't agree with removed. We all know he trolls this website.Big drop off after Richard and Mark. Andrew and most of his managers don't know up from down.
