Manager Question

























How about a manager who has no original thoughts, brings absolutely nothing positive to the table, cannot help you move business or grow "professionally", but can make sure all the reps click every box, twice? The DSM also advises his/her reps to sync 2wice a day because he/she thinks people get extra credit. Every conversation starts with, the RSD wants you to do this or that, and when asked for more specific direction, the response resembles a person with a severe "Studder".
We thought Marriage would help, it didn't. When discussing any information that has been passed to Him/Her from the RSD, He/She reads the email or slide to us, and sometimes asks one of the PSS's to start reading from a specific paragraph on a specific page.
MY Question... Anyone have any good Drugs?

A description that fits almost every DSM and RSD at AZ.
At least there is consistency throughout the organization.
 












Does anyone know manager MD in Kentucky? As managers go, is he a good manager to work for in the industry?

Oh Lordy! Just get on your knees and be thankful that the DM that lives in Kentucky and got yanked over a year ago to work in Indiana where most field rides involve driving 3 hrs one way. If you can handle this person's bragging about putting reps on PIPS, could not hand out the smallest bit of praise as if if would kill him and no matter who ever is in front of him- super star rep, a Dr with a million degrees from the best schools- oh, yes, this DM will find a way to say " I wouldn;t of done it that way" CRITICAL No idea how team dislikes as no self awareness.
Why don;t not complain? History shows it 'll be the rep gone and the DM protected. Only way a change could be made is if a large portion of team would go with documented concerns about a DM like this. Maybe, maybe they would listen to the masses and think Golly gee... maybe it IS the DM????
