With all of the politics at AZ did you land your first DM job at another company first or did you just play the game here to move up?

I saw this as this easiest way to go but I was curious about others experience.
Both Dustin and Mckenze are complete idiots. Both were kicked out of offices. They both thought it was a badge of honor. Only way they got promoted was to kiss Hartys ass. They also had something going on between them as well. District always thought it was kinda fishy they would hang with each other at meetings and then disappear. Lol
I have it on good authority that they were surreptitiously delivering meals on wheels.
