Sadly, Biogen probably feels he is "one of our best", despite his current performance.

Clearly you must be MK! He is absolutely horrible and is not management material. I agree that he makes poor decisions and will back stab you in a second. My only regret is that I have to act like I like the jerk.

I really beg to differ. The guy definitely has his favorites and has a problem with people that have stronger accomplishments and skills from him. He is like one of those married guys that could never be married to a woman that is more successful. I think you all get my drift there. He is very short sited on who he brings to the team. He is a boys club guy and not very open minded. He needs some heavy duty diversity training and should not be a manger.

Well unfortunately so does he. Just ask the people who work for him. Ask him how hot he is in front of the docs where his diseae state/market knowledge is that of a HS drop out. Not to mention the conference calls we have are like sticking pitch forks in our ears...they go on and on and on and on and on about NOTHING! I know one person that will soon be leaving and another interviewing hard. Wait and see...!
