My DM already knew the layoffs were going to happen about a week before. The funny thing is that my DM and I are both working with the same recruiter. Cant wait to get out of here.

I agree and that situation regarding UPMC formulary was helped by several internal people so it's not fair to compare her ranking to someone else's.
