MANAGEMENT HAS KILLED THIS INDUSTRY

I just left an office which access has become limited. I scheduled a lunch and their first response was NO MANAGERS! Why is it that this industry has to send a parade of personnel into our customers work environment? They dont want you there. Could it possibly be that this model is broken? How about hiring the right people and trust them to do their jobs and get out of the way. It has become embarrassing.

Takeda management misfits have driven this once respected company into the toity. Remember when reps from other companies were in awe of how reps were treated and the “Takeda Promise” meant something? We need smart leaders that are well qualified to make decisions in pharmaceuticals. We need talented individuals with backgrounds and degrees in science and marketing, not early childhood education.

positive tension? You should be totally ashamed for trying to ram that crap down our throats, By giving any creedence to that totally off concept, you’ve proven you have no ability to think rationally. Please leave immediately. And take your inbred network of cronies with you!!
 








All I know is that I have a shire mgr that thinks he has to babysit everyone. Wake up and earn your keep and stop thinking my big targets want to see you ,,because they don’t. Wake up little boys, this is big pharma, this is what ruins it for our industry
 




A DBM with only 8 or 9 reps is a huge waste of money. Two ride days a month is an even greater waste of time. Important offices don’t let them in and we’re stuck wasting our time in no good offices so they can check a box. The system is broken.
