So John "I cry at Christmas parties" Sheets is out. Thank god. As about as helpful as a chocolate cooking pot.

Also heard George Green is gone or is being shown the door very soon? Is this the start of the clean-up everyone has been looking for? Start with Surgical then move on through. So who's next. Is Pete "I've never ran a BU that hasn't had double-digit growth" Valenti next? (Well, Pete you never ran a division at B+L before, did you?!)

What about other Sr "Leaders" in VC and Pharma R&D? Are their heads on the block too?

New CMO - Given the history on this guy why is B+L hiring him? Seriously, anyone with an ounce of mud on their resume shouldn't even be considered, and at a top company, wouldn't. Only Bust + Lame hires deadbeats.
 












If the current management of Vision Care D&R and Pharma D&R did not meet their goals then the heads of these two Divisions should be held accountable. Everyone else in this company has been held accountable for their areas of work why not the heads of the Divisions if their Divisions don't meet expectations. They have been in their positions for a long time and most of the people under them have been hired by them. They can not blame the employees that work for them anymore as they hired them.

Accountability has to be applied to all levels of this organization if the CEO is to have any credibility as to holding people accountable for performance.
 






But that's the problem. There is no accountability in management because they work off of the "buddy system" instead of actual performance. They watch each others backs to the point that they can get away with not being held accountable. There should be a case study wrote on B+L "How to torpedo your company in 5 years."
 






Why was J. Sheets let go? Was it because all three D&R divisions were not performing? If all three did not perform they have a lot of reorganization work ahead of them.
 


















david and kathy are two of the dumbest people I have ever met. I mean that sincerely. Truly dumb. Tell them something and watch the glaze pour over their face like a stupidity curtain was just dropped in front of them. I sometimes think that they lack the ability to comprehend basic English. Sometimes I wonder do they even understand the words that are coming out of my mouth. Am I speaking Swahili? Do I need to use smaller words with less syllables. What is the malfunction with these two?

I don't know. They're dumb. Just stupid. Like really stupid. I don't understand how their brain continues to operate their Central nervous system stupid. That's how stupid both of them are.
 






























I worked for that dude before I was transferred... If you want to lose accounts bring him along and first he'll start with his asinine stories, insult the doc, then demand the doc buys 400 boxes... what a douche. Then you'll have to return and apologize for his stank.
