Pure BS. Worst work enviroment in the industry.

Everyone has been posting more than usual about the crap managers are making us do. So, who is giving the directives here? Each RD, ABD, Jerry?

If the directive isn't coming from Jerry and the senior staff than they are the biggest bunch of dumb fucks I've ever seen for not knowing what's going on in the field. My guess it comes from the top down.

Whatever comes from Jerryband Gerard is based on ridiculous marketing info. I really hope they read this. The objective info the higher ups use to make the sound financial decisions that keep Forest rolling and cash heavy are independent of sales and marketing. Please please please wake up and stop wasting money on marketing bs! It's not relevant. Why is the field force not utilized to make marketing and pos decisions? Our marketing dept and brand team have no clue about what matters to docs and their patients. Your charts and carelessly completed inaccurate marketing data doesn't mean s$&t! For example, doctors say they they consider both tolerability and efficacy when choosing an antidepressant. What? No way! Alert the media! Please just stop wasting money on this crap.
