I know a few "outspoken" reps in the Neuro side who were not noncompliant by pharma guidelines, but they didn't buy into the BS their managers were serving. After the geniuses at home office got a whiff of that, all of a sudden they went from competent and successful reps to outcast, noncompliant, troublemakers. Used tri-tri numbers and PSS to get rid of them. Totally subjective in how numbers are manipulated to serve RS and NM. Want to stay at Allergan? Shut up and smile.

Raise your hand or post up who you know of who's been managed out after reporting CIA compliance violations.

I was let go after reporting violations by my manager. I believed David Pyott's line about no retaliation and no right way to do a wrong thing.

I have absolute proof of the violations; all disregarded by Allergan. This could be fun.
