there is not one good contract in place other than place holders at ESI.

The national accounts team has no updates nor any worthy meetings scheduled

I asked about the ophthalmology side and a rep there told me they have no managed care tools.

My regional person is only wanting to talk managed care terms all the time but has never met an actual account to date.

My manager can't even get a phone conversation with anyone in the team

Some national lady is constantly talking about some stupid advocacy campaign because we got blocked

We have no presentable tools at all

But the funny part is the managed Markets team employs about 30 personnel making good money.

Hey Dilip you throwing away a lot of money for an image. This team stinks

SW in the OPH division = worthless. Someone saw her running in her home town at 1PM the other day while they were out making calls. I guess most in that department take their looks more seriously than their job.

Can you place ONE worthy contract?

Can you get one PA removed?

Can you get one favorable formulary placement?

Why do you have a team with over 20 new personnel that have not done a damn thing?

I mean hey Mr Dilip from India. How about throwing money to a rebate versus wasted head count that do NOTHING!

Yes to all of your questions. What division do you work in? You don't seem to know anything. I'm not surprised you are not doing very good in your job.

Hi I'll answer this question. We just had a market access meeting in the OBU. Below are our priorities set by the director of the department.
1. Work out on business time
2. Look good for JSP and BJ to get promoted
3. When all else fails, blame sales

Currently working on all three initiatives.

Read your email. The answers you seek are there. If they are not then your manager is sleeping. If you really don't have the information I will give it to you. ESI PBm is a good start since it has the largest number. What division are you in? I can give you contract wins. I'm just trying to help you stay in the game.
