Mallinckrodt's New Strategy?

Hmmm. Malli's appeal on the CMS is next week the 24th. If Malli files company wide bankruptcy ,the yearly loss on Acthar does not go away,but only the short term gain on the Malli CMS fine case does go away. Maybe Malli was counting on the approval of Teli to make up for the annual 150 million a year cms loss on Acthar loss ,even if they filed total corporate Chapter 11. Now things have changed. Since no Terli ,Malli needs to overrturn the CMS appeal more than ever. Maybe argue the appeal and only claim bankruptcy on the specialty generics? Sounds like a plan. Thoughts?

What are you talking about? I have total faith in the phenomenal leaders of this company. They didn’t get to where they are by being unimaginative boot-lickers. They will figure out an amazing strategy and the stock will go back up to near record highs. Mark my words.

No one licks a dirty boot like Roshan. Second, Mark. HUgh 3rd. Sandy 4th but she will cheat to be first next survey and basically announce her job is useless and there’s nothing we can do. Awesome.
