What the sh*t was that email? Makes us all want to quit now!!!! Mallinckrodt learning modules to be completed? What is this crap? Primary care? Workplace software????
Time to leave this sh*t hole!!!! Why on Earth would anyone in their right mind want to stay here?????? Despicable and cheap (very cheap) company!

We no longer have any Cadence leaders that will retain any of our culture. Just a bunch of "yes men"
 






When I read that disgusting email from Mallinckrodt I was sick to my stomach. I don't want to work for this horrible company. I never thought it would get this bad, but it's going to be very bad
 






Hey it may suck but it's reality! We don't wok for Cadence. That company doesn't exist anymore!! So get with the program or get out. No one really gives a shit what you do!
 
















































When do we stop complaining and get back to the "value proposition" about why we're really here -- let's keep the focus on minimizing pain for patients in the surgical setting.

Ok Mallinckrodt Kiss up. I truly think you are from Mallinckrodt. If you are happy, then why are you on this thread? Seriously, stay off this thread! We all are great performers and are no longer being rewarded for it. It's not about what we gain. It's all about what we lose.
We just lost $2400 in communication incentive and now have to have a company supplied phone. We joined Cadence for the small company culture and not crap BIG PHARMA. We don't need more needless paperwork, workplace, and heavy micromanagement in a big company culture that has absolutely no experience in the sales hospital environment. They triple the price of the drug and expect us to take all the flack.

It would be nice that a company did pay for work and success. Mallinckrodt isn't one of them. You are an idiot.
 












No one wants to get on this stupid Mallinckrodt conference call Monday. So very primary care and can't believe we have to go through modules. What a waste of time and an insult to all of us. Two people on my team are on their second interviews with another company. Can't wait to get out of here myself!
