Why is everyone talking about Xartemis? That is a joke. The whole company is being sold. None of the executives live or ever plan to live in St. Louis. Think about that one simple fact. Every effort has been carefully calculated to drive up share to increase cap. These jokers walk away with millions.

If you had any business, financial or economical sense of M&As you would understand that Mallin. is highly unlikely to be sold in the near future. Not sure what your motivation or angle is on these threads to keep posing as different people and posting a similar thought but the chance of this happening in the near future is almost slim to none for many many reasons.

I suggest you go back to watching Cramer to continue your remedial and inaccurate education in this area. Good day!

Cramer would say sell before everyone gets wise to the fact there is nothing there. From what I'm seeing and my non Cramer projection MNK will be sold first the contrast division, then the nuclear division followed by the rest. The first 2 gone by June or July 2015 when there will not be any tax liability. Will look good to pad bottom line and margin for end of their fiscal year.

Easy there little Gordon Gecko wannabe! I havent exactly seen you spell out a convincing, fact based case as to why Mallinkrodt isn't for sale. I do have M&A experience and it sure looks like they are trying.

I'm not the one who is posing as different people on different threads trying to convince people that they are trying to sell.... that's you. Why would I need to divulge any facts based on my disagreement with you when you are the one with trying to set-up your angle, whatever it may be, on this site.

I am not going to waste my time typing out a well thought out and researched topic and provide that information, at least not on this site anyway. What do I have to gain? I have no angle or motivation but you do, obviously. If stock buybakcs/repurchasing of shares is the reason you think this place will be sold, along with some other internal day to day business operations decisions after two extremely large acquisitions then you are more foolish than I thought. For example, SC is a she (we'll sort of) though I could see how it might confuse you. The stance this company is projecting is that they are for sale. Maybe they aren't, I could give a crap personally. Old MBAer here by the way you don't need one to figure out a company that posts what the obligations are of a public company on its homepage, sends a message to everyone regarding information control that something isn't up!!!!

Also for those very large acquisitions the owners of those companies are laughing all the way to the bank. Overpaid for Questcor that has a product about as effective as a placebo and is charging a fortune for it because it can. Cadence I'll give them that good company and good for profit. Divestiture of non core businesses that don't fit the strategic platform and the carnival atmosphere in managing sales tells me something will happen. This fleet car thing is purely a way to bulk margins and let the little guy bear the brunt while they are off the hook with their agreements with fleet management companies. Company is getting leaner and leaner almost like someone getting ready to go out on a date and needs to look very pretty.

The quick financial analysis of where growth is coming from says run to the hills before someone actually starts counting the beans you're supposed to have.

As MT says we need to fond a better custodian!!!!!

agree completely. the cluster fuc# began with this idiot bitc#. go after pain docs, but not for breakthrough. no surgeons or podiatry on target list.
then, go after ortho's and podiatry… forget pain and you have 3 months to get 60 scripts/month but no pharmacies are stocked. coupons, then change the color of the coupons. 3rd tier, but not really… then restricted.
pharmacy locator that can't locate any pharmacies, even if the one across the street from the doc's office has it in stock… wholesalers are out when a pharmacy does want to order it.
