Did everyone else get self confirmation to leave and find another job after this call? Holy shit this place sucks!!!! Absolutely sucks!!!! They have give us not one reason to stay. What a bunch of sour pusses. Got to get out of here!

Wow. Well said. I'd couldn't have summarize it better myself. Is there any reason or benefit that Mallinckrodt offers that would encourage a good candidate to stay or come onboard?

The presenters also seemed like complete monotone jerks. I would never join this company by choice. Good grief, I hope I can find a new job quickly.
 






These people are clueless and keep piling on the paperwork. Don't they get that if we have to individually put in every single Person that it will literally take hours to do. Some of us have lunches with 50 or more CRNAs. There are plenty of companies that do not require this at all. The Sunshine act only has required physicians.
 












They didn't even have all the answers. The sign in sheet will come in soon. But they don't really sign in. LOL. So crazy. They are destroying themselves and making it far worse than it has to be. I can't imagine having to type in every individual CRNA. I hate it here so much.
 






That lady was a COMPLETE IDIOT. She scrambled around the presentation in such a confusing manner. You could tell she didn't even know what she was talking about. How much money do they pay these idiots? Is it the St. Louis air or something?
 












I'm really sad about the situation as well. I think we are a pretty talented and experienced group and I agree Mallinckrodt has not done a single thing, not one thing to encourage us to stay.
 






Mallinckrodt should be thinking of ways to relieve us of more paperwork and the hassles of the Sunshine Act versus giving sales reps more administrative work on their plate. Why they would switch to Infor versus Concur is beyond words. Their expense reporting system is inadequate with more and more fields that only lead to greater frustrations and time spent.
 






Terrible call!! These people looked like idiots!! Still don't know how to do an expense report!! Managers have to review all reports now. Infor looks like it's from the 80"s. Why did they switch from concur. One more reason to leave!!!!!
 






If your manager is telling you everything is going to be great then they are only looking out for themselves! This is changing by the minute. We will soon be a primary care run company! The call yesterday was a prime example! I am sure 75% of Cadence is looking to get the hell out!

Yes! This company may have had the money to purchase Cadence, but they have no idea how to run a hospital specialty division. They will absolutely lose everyone and anyone that is good. I would bet you that it is more than 75% of the sales force that is planning on leaving.
 






Believe me, for us that worked for them as "covidien" and then went thru the spinoff feels your pain. Although it was always the "pharmaceutical" side of Covidien, it really came to light that the people running the new Mallincrodkt are idiots.

That's why many if us have left and gone to real "speciality" companies.

What you are saying is so true. They are completely clueless and unfortunately we don't have any strong personalities like RSL at Cadence anymore to fight this shit all the way. Love him or hate him, RSL would never tolerate this. Not for a second. They should be coming to our division for advice rather than running the show. It seems like everyone left on the Cadence commercial team are "YES" men and have no backbones. Cadence is long gone and forgotten, but you'd think the leaders left from Cadence would step up to the plate and say "this is why we were successful". "This is how we treat our employees". Surely they have to see they are going to continue to lose excellent employees.

Talk about laying down and playing dead. We have some extremely weak leaders here. So sad.

I even noticed we have less company paid holidays here. It's the little things sometimes that get under your skin like that and the company provided phone. Right out of the gate, we have al lost $2000 a year unless you are foolish enough to use their phone for personal use. Bug mistake.

Well this changed at the beginning of 2014. Prior to then, the entire company received the week of Christmas off and we were told, " use the iPhone and IPad like they are your own". Then that changed. Also you can not rollover vacation days.. Use them or loose them. Since July 2013 it has been a roller coaster of change, and nine for the better.

The idiots run the show and I don't see that changing in the near future. I left several months ago and everyone I still stay in touch with are looking except one, who drinks the MNK koolaid.

Polish up your resumes and practice your interview techniques as you will want to spend you spare time looking for a new job. Sorry all of you are going thru this hell hole!
