Publicis sucks the life out of you, regardless of past performance. Loyalty is a word never known to the grunts that set the tone of bullying as a culture. The manufacturer calls all the shots to the extent that they violate employment laws as to the treatment of the Publicic employee. If you have worked outside of pharma, than you know what I am referring to. Where does Publicis continue to find hr reps that dump all over their employee. It is a well known thought/reality that Publicis is a third tier operation. Most good pharma reps don't work this way. We commit to work hard and we follow through on what is expected. Publicis is not in any position to reciprocate to the reps. "We keep the manufacturer happy every day and nothing else matters.

Publicis is for amateurs in terms of the staff running the contract. The quality people that actually sell well there, can never rest easy as your job is dependent on the whims and mistakes of a lower class of people, Who is the HR Head these days? Coward female.
