Just curious what people are pulling in minus expenses. I hear that its bad but I would like to know if other jobs out there pay well. I think I'll do 370k with 50-60k in expenses.
850k thanks to pain cream..hope it lasts

Bullshit, I looked into to this. Comish is at 15-19% and you would need like 450-500 scripts a month not to mention some scripts don't go through (cost to much for patient) or people don't fill them so figure you lose 50-100 so really thats 600 scripts consistently a month. That's insanely impossible. I work for a large pharma company with a block buster drug and in a large patient pool disease state and I don't even see 400 new scripts a month in my territory. Huge lie, plus the sales manager told me top rep in the nation was doiing about 150-200 scripts a month.
BS on your stats. Pain cream is the future of med sales. I made $ 1.4 mil last year, and 50% of it came from pain cream. Patients and Drs can't get enough of this stuff. This year, I will clear over $ 1.6 mil, and pain cream is paying me $ 875k this year.
Your just jealous that you are still in Pharma. Pain cream is a real med sales job
I made $970,000 last year. How much you make? You see, pal, that's who I am. And you're nothing. Nice guy? I don't give a shit. Good father? Fuck you, go home and play with your kids!!
Thats who you are? Anonymous... I see how it works. I tell people that im real great, i make a ton of money for doing little to no work, im the nicest guy in town, everybody loves me, im banging a supermodel who doesnt want a relationship just a bootycall, I scored near perfect on my SATs, Im a scratch golfer, and did I mention the supermodel? Now go back to your regional mgr job at Pfizer and pick my lunch up at Panera... you made $970k last year.. ha
Not a snowballs chance in hell your making $875k on pain cream (73k/mth).
Dude, it's true. I have 4 other friends, all left high paying gigs with reputable companies to come and sell pain cream. Pain cream makes the pain in your wallet go away. If you aren't on this gravy train, then you ain't nuttin.

all left high paying gigs for pain cream? What happens when the gravy train ends in about a year? Those friends that left high paying jobs going to get their $595/week on unemployment. or do you mean they left their miserable $60k/yr jobs for pain cream which is more realistically paying them $6-8k/month.
Have a hard time believing the $1million per year on pain cream lie.
Sorry, but it is true. One guy left Medtronic, another was with Boston Scientific and two guys were Area Managers for Intuitive. They gave up the device world for pain cream. Now, they all aren't making 875K/year like me, but they all easily clear 600K/year with pain cream.
Try to find a pain cream dealer in your area, and then sell him on why you should have the privilege to sell the cream. If you impress, then maybe you can join the ranks of the truly elite in the medical sales arena. Gravy train ain't ending. They are already working on Double Pain Cream, which is faster acting with less side effects. We can bill it for 35% more than traditional cream.
