BG it isnt his fault for what is going on. If not BG go outside of company. One thing for sure those who are making this decision if the rumors are true are the ones that need to go.
 












The company is going down. You have this insane surgical pilot trying to sell these tiny pieces into the ORs. It’s being run by this ancient idiot of a manager in his 70s who should have retired a long time ago. This pilot has been a disaster. They say the future is surgical. That reimbursement for the outpatient will soon be slashed. If surgical is the future they need to make some moves. They hire this new surgical guy that nobody knows anything about. This company is a joke.
 












Hilarious poll options. Not one person with surgical/device/pharma background? Isn’t ReNu our best hope? Not one woman? At this point could we even get someone from the outside to want to come here? It feels like everyone who comes from the outside tries really hard and then gives up

not one women? Highest ranking females in the sales org: DG formally known as DR, MC, and CD…. Leaves a lot to be desired considering they are all blood thirsty narcissist with a trail of back stabbing cut throat tactics.

I disagree, I think CD is well liked and respected. She works hard for her people.

MC and DR/DG should just fight to the death already. We all know how much they hate each other.
 






Yyyyyyyyeahhhhh individual females arent the problem. There’s not even enough of them in mgmt to make a representative sample. Do you guys understand how data works. Literally none close enough to the top to be considered in the poll. Why

Instead of pitting two managers against each other who have very little power, how about look at the whole org. Who do you think those ladies are carrying orders from. Very convenient to scapegoat them

The only one who is successful is CD. The other two basically Failed Up. No clue what they did in their career at OI to be in the positions they are in. This place is crazy

No one pitted them against each other... that's all grown between the two of them. I'll never understand while women leaders love to destroy each other.

this is hilarious. if mc was promised a dir spot it's because she was/is one of the hardest workers at oi and her direct reports love working for her. she's a strong leader and literally always in the field supporting her team. also dr and mc butt heads but they respect each other. this whole perspective is overblown/melodramatic. if I had to guess, you're not that good at your job, or bitter from being straight up managed out
