What year is this thread from? You people are still crying Covid and sitting at home almost 3 years later? Your personal live are totally different though. Back to normal in 2020 but work life you need a full body suit to be on a zoom call?!?!?!In!!!

Schedule should be 2 to 3 days in office or home optional like every other company. You should trust your employees. If you can't trust a few...do something about it and don't hold the entire company liable for their laziness. Your biggest problems are HR and leaders who are toxic and can't lead.
