How come they are now saying “ you will have this portion doubled “
We’re we not told our bonus would double? Now their are stipulations and it’s a portion of Our bonus.
Feels like back-tracking to me. Feels like a bit of bait and switch.
Not right Neurocrine. When you promise the field something, you should make good on it.

They're not back tracking...you misunderstood the rules back in December. Neurocrine took care of us Q1 and there's no debating that. There's always one unhappy person.

Yeh right, they took care of us in Q-1, but they'll make up for it in the next few quarters when we all get screwed. Playing with the numbers happens all the time and its just how they want to present profitability to the shareholders.

Well, they have to do something. We have had 5 consecutive quarters of not hitting forecasts

Feeling cheated? Don't be surprised if your told the guy in HR is brain damaged and you can't trust anything he says.

It is a bait and switch. You should dust off your resume and start interviewing. The ship is sinking
