I have worked for Gilead over 8 years and have won many awards. To have not been given the last Houston slot in the new HCV division is a real slap in the face, considering who they did give it too. Why are you so much better than this person-how bad could they be? Why don't you talk to the RD and SRD instead. Maybe you were too valuable in your current position or maybe they found you arrogant-who knows???
 




































Well, sorry to but into your little discussion but if this person hired is the guy from Merck well then I know him very well. I don't know who did not get hired (I'm sorry about that - I guess there is only one position) , But I worked with this guy. Class Act! Knows his stuff! Can use the English language better than 99% of all sales reps in the country. If I was the hiring manager, I would have snatched him up in about two seconds flat, along with his colleagues (which they did). I am so sorry about the one feeling a bit bitter. Don't feel so bitter - remember you were probably neck and neck but in the end only one gets chosen. please let it go.
