What a disaster. Glad SH finally is admitting the fact this launch was a disaster. Provider list was crap. No lunch money was an obvious No brainer he finally admitted to, at least we are getting some. We still don’t even know who has it covered or how much it costs. This does not give me a lot of confidence moving forward launching the DHE or Rytary replacement. I haven’t been here as long as others on my team but I just don’t see it ending well with this leadership. And don’t even get me started on the fire drills we have to do for our manager every week. They basically admitted on our call today that this launch was THEIR fault but still somehow we get blamed. Rytary is not doing well but they take our program money away. But we get blamed when we can’t get attendees to programs. If I took this job seriously I’d be seriously stressed!
