Can we please get some intelligent leadership in the NE, at any level? CSs in the field less than 5 years getting promoted for boosts with territory realignments and vile adjustments? What have we learned after this meeting, forget about performance....we can fix the numbers. Those of us with long term, consistent performance overlooked because we are honest, confident and have integrity. So much for the people component! Engagement, trust and respect from the broader group of CSs continues to erode because of poor management and their inappropriate friendships. Mediocrity has flourished here long enough. The biggest clown with 110 balloons needs to go and take the DM troll from Pennsylvania with him. How does someone repeatedly in the bottom 5 keep a job?
 


















All of them fit the description. AP made promises to get rid of people based on a hit list. Honestly, I checked CP out of curiosity to see if anyone else was feeling the same way. Shocker, found this thread and agreed, both embarrassing and insulting. Love the analogy of clown to go with the cheesy ballon idea, accurate and sad! I remember when we all thought RL was the devil himself. Now we have Pennywise the clown running the region.
 






RL pretends to be a human, but he was the original cancer that poisoned Lytics. If you look closely at his bald spot, you will see small horns peeking through the skin.
 






The great days of the lytic franchise ended almost a decade ago when JS took over as NSM. Since then, most of the best talent has left - either to other franchises or other companies. The end will come for Lytics soon. When it does, there will be a lot of overpaid people with limited skill sets looking for jobs.
