well if you are considering it, run you will be laid off in a year or two. They are cutting jobs now in respiratory and BEM roles plus cutting back on numbers of therapeutic roles. There are many good companies out there looking for people. Not the same company.

You are not apply for Genentech. That company is long gone. The senior leadership is purging normal people with an independent mind and has turned this place has into a despicable liberal cult organization. Good people have left and will continue to leave.
