So what if he is out of office, if he is a criminal, there is no statute of limitations on war crimes. And, in case you forgot cupcake, you love to bring Clinton up whenever you have chance at taking a cheap shot. BushCheney should be facing a military tribunal in GITMO, an then incarcerated with the regular inmates aka "detainees".
Maybe they could that waterboard out for the "Dick", show how he likes it I bet he would confess to his crimes before the first drops of water fell on his lying lips.
