I have two thoughts:
1. The calculation of goals is odd. The goal for a territory that is doing well seem hard to reach vs. the goal for a territory that may not be performing as well.
2. The addition of "market share" to the goal structure seems to be more detrimental to the bank accounts. I will say, I hope I am not the one that will take that money away from my teammates.
