For your information, the TLL's were there to support the KOL session and that was the primary reason. They have plenty of meetings, and get stuck in travel delays a lot. There was no special treatment given to the TLL's.

TLL's are such a joke- we don't need them and they obviously don't do much other than attend meetings for 30 minute stints

TLLs at Genentech have been a joke since they were first hired. They make cameo appearances and then fly home. One leader in the country in Asthma had never seen at TLL and he was an advisor and a speaker for Genentech. Had never even been contacted by a TLL. What a joke.
