Lung division will be greatly reduced. Disease area leads for large accounts, monster territory for the few community reps.

Breast division may well expand with smaller territories and more reps.

Few Hem changes. Some of a DAL in your area, as those accounts will be taken out and community reps will have the rest so their territory will be larger.

Two to three managers per region per Onc and Hem so some reduction there as well.

You think this will happen this year or 2023? Based on town hall looks like sales teams will be hit next year. Although we often we hear one thing and Novartis does the opposite. 2023 the next half billion in savings comes from sales?
