Vegas mtg was fun but I wish client company biz planners were living on Earth when they came up with sales goals for Lucira. Truly I have never seen anything so pie in the sky and unattainable in my life. They still have gigantic hospital system accounts, and federal clinics targeted in our local rep market area. Plus this is device sales..which in the real world is VERY commission driven for the sales person, yet they are offering scraps—and I mean SCRAPS!—as incentive to move six figures of units overnight?! In the end client company PFE will say these cso people suck at device, but their targeting is still off, and the incentive they will announce —if u could even call it that since it’s a couple peanuts—is so obscene. How can corporate be so clueless?
