Hey y'all
For you that are getting LTI this year you doing stock options or the restricted stock?

RSU. Seemed simpler than options to me.

Going with 25% options 75% rsu. Stock is so high right now not sure if options is a good way to go.

That's what I'm planning on selecting too. A little nervous about high it is but it's not inflated..still has a lot of room to run

Glad someone posted this thread....a legitimate discussion. Reps have normally only gotten RSU's, so when I called HR to find if if we would know the total RSU or option amount given before the Jan 24th deadline they said no. It would certianly help from a risk perspective, because if in fact the stock splits, the option would appear to be the best thing
