Im getting sick of LTC claiming Psychs as their targets. It’s obvious they just latched on to current Psych Ingrezza writers that do not go to LTC but May of like 5 years ago or something. But bc they are lying they get 1/2 their sales credit and don’t / can’t do anything to grow their business. It’s so obvious! And LTC stop with the fake calls made on the prescribers! We are tracking it!

At least your LTC rep is faking calls. Some will have zero calls on a provider and still claim to be entitled to full credit.

I get the whole concept they also carry the baseline. But they can’t make an impact on some of these providers!!!! So PAS does all the work with 1/2 the credit!

Yes, and you are correct this is BS if the other person isn’t helping. They make a big deal of it here, that the other person has to also be able to grow their half of the baseline. Sadly, what ends up happening is you split half of the growth you alone influenced. This is true for LTC/PAS and PAS/PAS splits.
The worse is the people who take half credit for prescriptions written in their territory. Only one person can see the doctor because its telemedicine or something like that into another territory. I don’t know how people aren’t embarrassed taking half of someone’s hard work.

You clearly haven't spent any time with Kevi-poo and his direct reports. Only taking half would be an enormous improvement!

Group homes fill their meds through LTC Pharmacies, LTC reps see the prescriber using an LTC pharmacy. Boom they make them a target, align them to some random account and make a fake call. It’s so obvious

What's with all the bitching. Everyone here is so highly compensated from a "salary alone" standpoint and probably the highest for industry standards. Just continue to put in your 20-25 hours a week and sprinkle in some fake calls here and there on those days you're just not feeling it. The added bonus money is just that, added bonus for skating by in a high paying-stress free job most would give their first born to have. There I said it. Most of you are doing this same thing, but just won't admit it.

LTC reps could say the same things about PAS… why are they continuing to try to claim credit for Ingrezza RXs written by Medical Directors who they have never called on before LTC’s launch? And also creating splits where they are still receiving half credit for LTC’s work.. goes both ways my friends!

Actually LTC reps have no visibility to that, they don’t even see a new writer unless they are already a target. They also use data that proves the accounts they align them to, so it’s not random or fake. Most LTC pharmacies are non-reporting, so they don’t even see most TRx that are generated and it gets projected onto a random doctor who, guess what, automatically goes to Psych!

This statement is the one we should all focus on. There are crappy reps in both divisions that will take advantage of their partners. This is true at every pharma company that uses multiple reps per territory.

If you work at McDonald’s, don’t act like the fry cook. Act like the CEO.

Steal your employees' wages, then sell the kitchen equipment and the building, then stash the money in an offshore bank account.

Chess not checkers.
