Not a single winner here. And yet in jan/feb brace yourselves for further staff reductions to fund the stranded costs, and vantive separation disaster

we have an incompetent CEO that all employees are paying for , how are your share options going ? all worthless i suspect
how are your ESSPs going ? hardworking people buying BAX to receive 15% discount , not much fun at $29 now.....

HillRom is the jewel in the crown, they will write about this acquistion to satisfy Joes ego and make the HR CEO a wealthy man .

hey low Joe im keen for you to expain the 2025 HillRom sales, less than acquistion, margin disasterous, yet you continue to punish HR people, Reaz is a fuckwit, there is no innovation, supply problems constantly

you need to front the employees ans shareholders and admit two things

a) you overpaid for this asset
b) integration has been a disaster you have totally fucked this up
