A truly objective observer doesn't need very much time to recognize bullshit when he sees it.

The "respective scientists", whatever those are, took longer because they had to figure out how best to fudge the analysis software, then destroy truckloads of original data observations so that nobody could duplicate their results, then sending out thousands of e-mails trying to maintain their conspiracy.
