Lou is now the manager for the north east? Un freaking believable. What sales awards has he won? He's been a floater his entire time lipo science without any track record. Nothing but a complete ass kisser. why wasn't this job posted? Why weren't other people interviewed for it? Things are done completely wrong and illegal and unethical in this company.what a joke
 












I wonder who is going to take his spot now? Probably nobody with experience in the department of marketing. Probably just another ass kiss. Isn't that how it rolls here now.

Oh Lou.......u better watch out Lisa P, he will have your gig next.... The only reps/managers with success get canned...or for those still on the payroll... tormented daily...hoping to find a way out. And you wonder why the company is in the toilet?

Here we go... the next chapter in the demise of Liposux. Lou came in as a floater, promoted to marketing manager and now to a Regional Manager? Really? He is a yes man....no respect for that. The reps, who were not considered for the job with documented success at LS? How can anyone in this company respect or even sell the P now?????

Ahhh haaa. Check out Hus LinkedIn profile... 1 year, 7 months....how do you have a success record or history giving you the right to take a job someone more qualified and deserving should get.
 


















Maybe you all should take a few lessons from Lou. Lou is a nice enough guy. Is he qualified for any of the promotions he has had? ... No!!! But if you understood the internal team in Raleigh you would understand that it's not a matter of being qualified or "having sold the test". Times have changed folks the stand up for the sales rep mentality is looooooonnnnnngggg gone. They want people who will do exactly what is asked of them. That fits Lou perfectly.

So quit your bitching because you think you should have a track record of success selling the test. Lou has a trCk record of doing exactly what he has been asked. I say congrats Lou. If nothing else when this place falls apart your resume will look great!
 






very well said. Who doesn't like Lou? He's done everything you can to be a yes man and boost up his resume. Maybe I definitely should learn a lesson from him. But they don't give us those chances or opportunities? Think about it?

Real funny how he interviewed for Liposcience and did NOT get the job due to lack of experience. And later he interviewed again and they still didn't think he would be able to hold a territory down so they created a floating position for him. Funny how people can move up the totem pole quickly when u know the right people.
 






Everyone knows this is a 'check the box hire'! Liposcience has insulated themselves from a future lawsuit as they came now say they don't discriminate based in sexual orientation.
 












He is a good guy, I am a fan of his as a person, at least it is a promotion from within. Good luck. Leadership does it again not posting and interviewing. The backlash form doing this was highly criticized a few years back. So much so that the Sales Advisory Board made a big deal out of it. Now this demoralizing practice in back. I guess when you are a revolving door sales wise. I am out of the company now but find this very interesting.
 






Lou is a r*****.
But then again, he's a great fit in a company of r*****s, which is all you have left.
Look up people! See anyone competent? Why hold Lou to a higher standard? He's milking the cow on the way to the slaughter house.

shows you how little you know, you best keep to topics you are knowledgeable in. Like maybe who farted in the old folks home.

Lou was the first pick for the NJ market however MB who they hired did a little name drop to get the final straw pull. Never did leverage that name she dropped in order to help the co out. Just did it to get the job I guess.
