Might have been worse leader in the entire industry making bonehead stupid decisions after decisions but was smart enough to negotiate a sweet exit package when Gladstone told him 3 months ago that he was going to be let go.
All his options vested and $350k to mutually leave quietly. Gave him last 3 months to find a job which he did for a small startup. And Pfizer is picking up the legal tab on whistle blower lawsuit around Xeljanz.
