it appears that after a nice renovation in our aseptic areas and washrooms we forgot to come up with a plan that we can actually implement, as of now many of our products are being done by others (permanently?). what we have left is simply one product to keep us going, but for how long? as always upper management appears as clueless as ever, middle managers are without guidance, the will to change, or the spine to help us and themselves, so IMHO we are screwed, and as always we occasionally hear that there is a "plan"... yes there is and it will be bad for the possibly soon to be former employees who tried to do good and will ultimately pay the price for the sloth and stubborn stupidity of others.

been on vacation but ran into someone who informed me that there was a layoff of about 20 people and more to come, wow merry xmas.....
