The reason they were successful in the past - accident.

Reason they will fail = no strategic plan - "what worked in the past will work today" - good luck on that and with the A. Clowns you have working in management.
 


















Why would Dr. Evans only layoff 17 people when earlier this year he gave close to 50 million dollars to a university? That doesn't make sense! All I have ever heard about him and the company is that they love their employees and are always voted one of the best places to work. I think you're full of s*it. Sounds like disgruntled employee to me. No one else is saying anything.
 






I work at AIT and was there during an Exec Update after they fired (Work Force Reduction) some of the best people we had. People who were dedicated to AIT! I'm so tired of them lying to us and telling us what they think we want to hear. RT put on this holier than thou act and accused the IBJ of spreading lies and hate. I've reread that article and there was nothing but the truth in it. RT said that AIT would not communicate with the media anymore because if they did then they would ask questions and the media didn't need to know. So what is AIT hiding? What happened to the culture of ethical and moral high standards? If we have nothing to hide then why not be open and honest with the media? In this economy all businesses are having a rough time, if AIT had to let go 20 people, why is that something we have to hide? I think it’s not that they reported eliminations but that they reported the lawsuit which was never discussed with the employees. RT said that AIT didn't know anything about the suit until a week ago. I think that's BS.
I’m so glad that I've got a few interviews lined up.
