I think this is the same guy or guys that are writing this crap all over the Gilead Yahoo board- he/they is a guy who either is 'shorting' GILD big time or is hugely invested in Idenix and he is trying to create fear and stock momentum by posting a million times all over the place... Ignore this idiot and he will disappear once he makes or loses his money…….

Our guys investigated this well before we bought Pharmacett- I know many of them….worst case scenario is we have to give 1-2% royalties……we will be fine!

Just to be technically correct, a company with a smaller market cap can buy a company with a larger market cap in a few different kinds of transactions. See the Sanofi Syntholab purchase of Aventis Pasteur for one example.
 






Anyone with info on New Orleans territory?

Three questions.... 1) How is it working for Gilead?
2) What geographic area encompasses the New Orleans territory(Nola, Baton Rouge, Lafayette; etc.)? 3) How's the salary/benefits/bonuses?
